Brendazzle* Photography
Jack and his mom, Allyx, have been following Brendazzle* Photography from Kentucky and made a point to schedule a photo shoot while they were down for Matt & Victoria’s wedding (post to come soon!). I am beyond flattered that they love my work enough to plan their vacation around meeting up with me. Allyx wanted to have a combination breastfeeding and playtime shoot, although Jack was more interested in my camera than he was in eating. Oops! He spent a good portion of the shoot standing up and trying to walk; by the time I finished editing the photos, he had taken his first unassisted steps. (Mom made sure to share them with me on Facebook. D’awwwww.) As you can see, he is very photogenic and very busy! I think we played with every single thing on the playground.
I know some people will disagree with me but I LOVE crying baby photos. I don’t love when babies are unhappy but if they’re going to fuss (like when Jack wanted his mom and her hands were full), I might as well capture their tears. After all, that’s part of the reality of having a baby and something that I hope their parents will love once they’re past the crying phase.
